Aprochc Health Services - Supporting People with Disabilities
Aprochc Health Services provide assistance with daily living to NDIS plan managed participants located throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We have been established since 2019 and are highly skilled with over 20 years experience in the Mental Health and Disability sectors. We are dedicated to supporting people with disabilities and offer a range of services including shopping assistance, attendance at medical appointments, meal preparation, community access support, community activity coordination, personal care assistance with grooming, hygiene, and domestic chores. Our goal is to help our participants achieve their NDIS goals and live independently in the community.
